Scallops, Shrimps, Calamari, Mussels and Clams flash Sautéed in a hot and sour Panaang sauce with curry  Kaffir lime, garlic, cilantro, lemon grass, ginger, on top garlicky pea shoots

Coconut Curry Grilled Chicken
Chicken marinated in a coconut cream curry sauce.  Grilled, and topped with pan fried garlic, cilantro garlic and cracked black pepper. 
Served with a chili citrus honey sauce

Pan Fried Thai Red Snapper
Fish pan fried  with a Malay rub of cilantro garlic and ginger, served with a tamarind, honey and pomegranate glaze.  Served with roasted purple yams

Sinigang
A bright tamarind based soup that can be served with pork ribs, seafood, or meaty chunks of beef.  The soup consists of tart tamarind, sautéed tomatoes, onions, and shrimp heads.  Then a plethora of different vegetables including okra, spinach, daikon radish, eggplant, long beans, Served with a bowl of rice.

Nilagah
A version of comfort soup that the Filipino people devour.  Similar to pot-a-feu, a clear beef soup with chunks of tender beef, new potatoes, baby carrots. Served with a bowl of rice.  To add to the smooth soup, a nice bit of bone marrow to be added to each spoonful. Buttery. 

Kare Kare
Filipino take on curry.  Creamy Peanut butter fermented shrimp paste and stock braise a mixture of tendons, pieces of beef, long beans, dark greens, eggplant, and eggplant.  Served with a bowl of rice

Cabbage with a nice sweet sesame honey dressing tossed with tamari, sesame seeds, almonds, cilantro, green onions

Soba Noodle fry
Buckwheat noodles stir-fried in butter with a spicy soy glaze

Cold Silken Tofu

Tofu tossed with shoyu, ginger, toasted sesame oil, and spring onion

Ramen with Charshu Pork
Traditional ramen noodles with a miso or soy broth.  Served with charshu pork, bamboo shoot, green onion, and a boiled egg

Japanese Curry
Made from scratch in a long laborious process, producing a creamy curry sauce with tender pieces o beef, potatoes, carrots, kabocha squash and onions.  Served with short grain rice and traditional condiments

Pickled cabbage just slightly crunchy with a nice sweet and salty taste
